地铁隧道区间综合管线支吊架固定方式不仅影响地铁运营安全,也会对地铁区间结构的完整性、耐久性及区间防水存在影响。预埋滑槽技术是在将成型的型钢滑槽提前预埋在地铁隧道混凝土结构中的一种新技术,经研究预埋滑槽技术既可运用于盾构隧道,也可运用于矿山法隧道,具有极大的运用前景。与传统做法相比,预埋滑槽技术避免二次在隧道结构上打孔,保证了隧道结构的完整性、耐久性及防水性等。通过对预埋滑槽技术综合研究,在哈尔滨地铁施工中得到推广运用。
Abstract:
The fixed way of comprehensive pipeline support and hanger not only affects the safety of subway operation, but also affects the integrity, durability and interval waterproofing of subway section structure. Pre-buried chute technology is a new technique which can be used in the concrete structure of subway tunnel in advance, which can be used in shield tunnel and mine tunnel. It has great application prospect. At the same time, compared with the traditional method, the embedded chute technology avoids the second drilling in the tunnel structure, and ensures the integrity, durability and waterproofing of the tunnel structure. Through the comprehensive research on the technology of pre-buried, it has been popularized and applied in Harbin Metro.
