摘要:
小浪底水库地处黄河含沙量和水量最大的河段(系黄河干流上以防洪为主,集减淤、蓄水、灌溉、发电、防凌等功能为一体的大型综合性水利枢纽),河床逐年淤积抬高,冲刷、淤积交替发生、河床下切幅度大,汛期前后水位变化超40m,施工难度大。库区新建黄河特大桥主桥桥墩型式为双排双柱、桩柱一体的变截面桩基础+柱式墩+外包永久性钢护筒,由劲性钢板、钢套板、剪力钉等与钢筋混凝土共同组成刚性系梁。总结了钢栈桥、水上工作平台搭设,钢护筒加工、焊接、涂装、对接、运输、吊装、沉放及刚性系梁施工等关键技术。
Abstract:
Xiaolangdi Reservoir located in the section of Yellow River where contains the most sard and water content, is serving primarily as flood control hub on the main stream, with a collection functions of sedimentation reduction, watering, irrigation, power generation, ice, and others. It’s riverbed silts up year by year, scouring and silting alternately. The flood water level changes for 40m before and after the flood. The piers of the main bridge of the newlybuilt Yellow River extralarge bridge in the reservoir area are of the type of variable section pile foundation with double rows, double columns and integral piles+column piers+outer permanent steel tube protector. It is composed of steel plate, steel jacket plate, shear nail and reinforced concrete. This paper summarizes the key technologies of steel trestle, water work platform construction, steel shield processing, welding, coating, butt joint, transportation, lifting, lowering and rigid girder construction.
