摘要:
在隧道爆破开挖后,很难避免超挖与欠挖现象。如果通过传统的全站仪或断面仪进行横断面测量来计算超欠挖量,该方法较慢而且精确度不高。相比较全站仪和断面仪,三维激光扫描仪有绝对的优势,通过进行对横断面的扫描,获取海量的点云数据,后期处理形成断面模型,可以更精确地计算出各横断面超欠挖量,大大地节约了测量时间,提高了测量的精度和效率。本文主要针对三维激光扫描仪在隧道超欠挖测量中的操作过程和后期数据处理从而计算出横断面超欠挖量进行论述。
Abstract:
It is difficult to avoid overexcavation and under excavation after tunnel blasting excavation. If the overbreak and underbreak are calculated by crosssectional measurement with traditional total station or crosssectional instrument, the method is slow and the accuracy is not high. Compared with total station and crosssection instrument, threedimensional laser scanner has absolute advantages. By scanning crosssection, we can obtain massive point cloud data and form crosssection model after postprocessing. It can calculate more accurately the amount of over excavation and under excavation in each crosssection, which greatly saves the measuring time and improves the accuracy and efficiency of measurement. In this paper, the operation process and data processing of threedimensional laser scanner in tunnel overbreak and underbreak survey are discussed, and the calculation of overbreak and underbreak in crosssection is obtained.
