摘要:
为改善新旧桥梁协同工作性能,在混凝土收缩徐变及基础沉降差稳定后,本文对某拼宽初期未进行上部连接的高速公路桥梁采取新旧翼缘刚接、箱外增设钢隔板及对拉螺纹钢筋等拼接加固措施。结果表明,刚接加固改善了原分离体系受力,新旧桥间荷载横向传力[1]凸显,各部承载能力、应力指标均满足规范要求,主桥悬臂端挠度突变得到缓解,有效实现新旧桥梁协同工作目标,提高了行车安全性与舒适性。
Abstract:
In order to improve the cooperative work performance of the old and new bridges, after the concrete shrinkage and creep and the stabilization of the foundation settlement difference, this paper adopts the joint reinforcement measures such as the rigid connection of the old and new flange, the addition of steelplate diaphgram outside the box and the screw reinforcement bar.The results show that the rigid joint reinforcement has improved the force of the original separation system, highlighted the lateral distribution of load[1]of the new and old bridges. All the load capacity and stress indexes of each part meet the requirements of the specification, and the abrupt change of the cantilever end deflection of the main bridge has been alleviated. It also has effectively realized the cooperative work goal of the old and new Bridges, and improving the driving safety and comfort.
