随着我国公路交通事业的蓬勃发展,山岭隧道也进入了大范围开工建设阶段,由于工艺原因隧道仰拱施工标准参差不齐,预埋钢筋安装精度差、标准低,耗时长;隧道仰拱是衬砌结构的重要组成部分,它的应用(包括临时和永久仰拱 )不仅提高隧道施工安全性, 而且也提高隧道长期使用耐久性[1],因此提升隧道施工主体质量和工艺标准成了亟需解决的问题,针对钢筋安装标准,使用辅助施工器具可有效提高其质量标准。通过项目自主研发的定位卡具,并在施工过程中的不断改进、提高,成功应用于东天山隧道项目,在仰拱钢筋安装和纵向止水带定位工序上取得显著的成效,详细论述了定位卡具的研发、制作、应用等过程,为隧道仰拱施工提供了具有实用性和推广性价值。
Abstract:
With the vigorous development of highway traffic in our country, the mountain tunnel has also entered a largescale construction phase. Because of technical reasons ,the tunnel invert construction standard is uneven and the installation accuracy of embedded bar is poor with low standard and long time consuming. The tunnel invert is an important part of the lining structure. The tunnel invert (including temporary and permanent inverted arch) not only improves the safety of tunnel construction, but also improves the durability of the tunnel. Therefore, improving the tunnel construction quality and main technology standards has become an urgent problem. For the reinforcement installation standards, the use of auxiliary construction equipment can effectively improve the quality standards. Through the positioning fixture of the independent research and development, and improved in the construction process improvement, the positioning fixture uccessfully is used in East Tianshan Mountains tunnel. It has achieved remarkable results in invert reinforcement installation and positioning process of longitudinal waterstop. The paper discusses the research, production and application of positioning fixture and provides practical and promotional value for tunnel invert construction.
